Hargo Mundi has practiced in Surrey since 2003 and joined Kaminsky & Company in 2010. Prior to that, Hargo clerked at the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal and practised with a national law firm in Calgary, Alberta.

Hargo practices mainly in the area of commercial lending. He advises both institutional and private lenders on all aspects of financing, commercial and private loans and lender security.

Hargo’s broad client base covers corporations and businesses of all sizes, from small business to public companies as well as individuals. Specific matters on which clients tap his experience , advice and legal services include purchase and sale of businesses, asset transactions, share transactions and corporate reorganizations

Hargo is actively involved in the community, and was a member of the Board of Directors of Kwantlen Polytechnic University Foundation from 2004 to 2012.
