Dorwin Cho works on a hands-on basis with his clients every day, helping them run their businesses and real estate development projects smoothly, efficiently and profitably.
As an experienced business counsel, Dorwin sees his role as part of the management team of the independent business owner. Often consulted on business planning and management issues, clients seek his input on matters beyond the traditional boundaries of strictly legal matters.

He provides comprehensive and experienced legal services on commercial, multi-family residential and single-family housing real estate transactions, from start to finish, including acquisition and financing, joint ventures and co-ownership trusts, commercial leasing and project sales.
